The Monitor Boot Camp #1

Last Thursday Monitor Deloitte Copenhagen kicked off the very first two-day recruiting boot camp. A tough screening process reduced a field of more than 100 motivated applicants, to a group of 12 highly skilled candidates. After two intensive days, five participants were offered a contract.

The boot camp was a combination of interesting lectures, individual and group case interviews as well as a number of social activities. With this structure, the boot camp tests the participants in the most fundamental requirements to be successful in consulting.
